Our Philosophy

To us, a healthy natural environment and its protection is of particular importance and as such must be compatible with running a hotel business. We make a point of buying both beef and pork directly from the organic farmer where the animals are raised and fed according to principles of organic farming. The eggs are exclusively from free-run hens, and also bought directly from the farmer. Kitchen herbs are grown in our own garden. Food quality has top priority!

The entire hotel laundry is washed using biologically compatible detergents, dried in the sun and ironed by ourselves.

During the summer months, an extensive solar system provides for environmentally friendly, clean energy. It goes without saying that we separate our waste very carefully.
