Our hotel has been in family ownership since 1965, and has been expanded and modernised since then. Looking after our guests individually is something that we care very much about! The hotel is about 100 metres from the shore of the lake and is located amid well-maintained parklands. The traditional and the modern merge to create a picture of harmony.
In 1965 the Loigge family acquired the small Pension Jutta. The guest house originally had 14 rooms, including 8 with bathrooms and balconies overlooking the lake, and the other rooms with bathrooms in the hallway. The two of us had our first summer season together in 1967.
The first renovation was in the winter of 1973, when six bathrooms and balconies were added.
In 1979 we undertook a major restructuring, with the addition of a large hotel lobby with a reception, an indoor swimming pool, and above it ten very spacious guest rooms with bathrooms. Construction began in October 1978, and in the following April it was all finished.
More major conversions were carried out in 1985, with hotel apartments added to the top floor, each having their own cooking facilities and a guest room.
The eight oldest bathrooms were refurbished in 1991, and at the same time the hotel lobby was newly furnished.
In 2001 it was the turn of the outside seating areas and gardens to be renovated and extended.
Our hotel kitchen was given a total facelift in 2004. In the spring of 2006 we invested in the redesign of 13 rooms, incorporating brightly-coloured maple and
The changeover from room keys to key cards with chips followed in 2008. In addition to that, our carpenter made a tasteful buffet for our breakfasts. The following year the reception was given a makeover, as were five bathrooms.
In the meantime, our car park has also been expanded.
In 2017 more bathrooms are being renovated.
